TERMS OF SALE
All sales are prepayment only. MamaBearsPlace.com accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, Diner's Club, and PayPal. We will ship orders after payment has been received.

BACKORDERS
Although it is very rare for an item to be on backorder, we will notify you via email of if this occurs. All backorders will ship once item(s) are available, unless you have contacted us prior with instructions to cancel.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization. Return authorization must be obtained within 30 days of ship date, and are valid 30 days from date of issuance. Please note the following return conditions and how appropriate credits are determined.

  • Customer received order, but item(s) are defective upon receipt (manufacturer defect)
    • MamaBearsPlace.com will issue a full credit for cost of item(s), or complete replacement at NO additional shipping or handling costs. If defective product must be returned to manufacturer, MamaBearsPlace.com will pay for all return shipping.
  • Customer refuses delivery, or package is returned to MamaBearsPlace.com as undeliverable
    • MamaBearsPlace.com will issue a credit for cost of item(s), minus 15% restocking fee.
  • Customer accepts order, then wants to return it for personal reasons
    • MamaBearsPlace.com will issue a credit for cost of item(s), minus 15% restocking fee, once the item(s) has been returned to us (return shipping at customer's expense) and confirmed to be in resalable condition. Additional restocking fees will be assessed for item(s) not received in resalable condition.

All returns should be sent to: djLuke enterprises, 7900 San Pedro NE, A-5, Ste 3, Albuquerque, NM 87109. Return authorization number should be clearly visible on outside of box, and on enclosed note briefly describing the reason for the return. Allow up to 5 business days for MamaBearsPlace.com to process returns from the date they are received.

CANCELLATIONS
All orders/backorders may be cancelled prior to shipping, at no cost to customer. Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
