Jasmine and Max, who have battled cystic fibrosis, were chosen in 2007 to be Ambassadors for the Children's Miracle Network. They represented New Mexico and UNM Children's Hospital when they went to Washington, D.C. with the Children's Miracle Network "Champions Across America" to visit President Bush and members of Congress. They helped share the message that children's hospitals are uniquely important to all children and need both public and private support to continue their life-saving work.

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a genetic disorder that particularly affects the lungs and digestive system and makes a child more vulnerable to repeated lung infections and chronic fatigue. There are more than 30,000 children and young adults in the United States affected with Cystic fibrosis and there is no cure yet. But there has been great improvement in the treatment offered.

Jasmine and Max have great personalities and the rampant enthusiasm of all 8 year olds. They have a lively sense of humor, are very outgoing and compassionate towards others. Max loves football and basketball and Jasmine loves dolls, hairstyles and clothes. Both kids like music, dancing, art, painting, biking, rollerblading and swimming. They both love school, P.E. and being twins.
